Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order is incomplete or missing an item.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear picture or video proof of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Items damaged due to customer use.
- Products without original packaging.
- Used, washed, opened, or altered items.
- Sale or discounted items, unless they are damaged or incorrect.
- Makeup, personal care, jewellery, and hygiene-related items once opened or used.
Exchange Policy
If your return request is approved, we may offer an exchange for the same product or another product of equal value, depending on stock availability.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed if the product is unavailable for replacement or if the issue cannot be resolved through an exchange. Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to process.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error from our side, such as a wrong or damaged item, Rise with Eshal will guide you through the return process.
For returns requested for any other reason, delivery charges or return shipping fees may not be refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to our return and exchange policy.
